TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIPTION TO BETESSENCE
The terms of business are an agreement between "You", the customer, and "We" – BetEssence.
Before the subscription is made available to your use, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of BetEssence service.
The BetEssence is a subscription service which is prepaid and thus your purchased product is above all sending betting tips to you via email and SMS for the period you have ordered.
By purchasing BetEssence product, customer gets a full access to information related to sports betting prognostication. BetEssence declares to send around 20-30 predicted betting information (in average) per one calendar month for its subscribed users. If BetEssence fails to deliver at least 10 tips during the period subscribed, customer is entitled for additional one month membership free of charge by sending an email to info@betessence.com.
BetEssence provides its customers with information via email as well as via free SMS. The messages are provided with no guarantee of delivery, though, as there are third parties included in the process. Customer understands that it is not technically possible to ensure the delivery by BetEssence. SMS notifications are provided free of charge, are not guaranteed at all and failure of its delivery is not a reason for refundation.
BetEssence is not responsible for any losses customers incur as a result of using the information provided for betting. Customer deciding to bet upon our information does so at his own risk. BetEssence does not offer any profit guarantee.
Customer is not allowed to share the purchased information with anyone. Any kind of copying and/or transmission of information provided by BetEssence to subscribed members, by any means, whether mechanical or electronic, through Internet, wireless, telephone or otherwise, whether as a whole or in parts, is strictly prohibited. Any misconduct, misuse or other abuse of the relationship with BetEssence will result in immediate cancelling of subscription of account and product purchases of such customer without prior notice. BetEssence do not refunds product purchases in case of any kind of abuse by customer. This includes, but is not limited to, third parties acting on the customer’s behalf, and/or third party who have access to information about the customer.
BetEssence is not responsible for any payments made not directly by link from the website
BetEssence is obliged to replace or repair any defective product or return the payment within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Once subscribed, customer agrees to receive any information we feel relevant, including our own commercial messages as well as 3rd parties promotions.
The information located at the BetEssence website is provided as is with no guarantee of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The changes take effect once updated at BetEssence website.
The customer´s responsibility is to comply with existing laws, rules and regulations concerning use of service like BetEssence to avoid breaking the laws in his country.
